Terms of Service
Welcome to Affilio. By browsing affilio.space or submitting an affiliate program for publication, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.
1. Directory Guidelines & Eligibility
- You must use Affilio lawfully and provide accurate, truthful details when submitting a company or affiliate program.
- Every submitted program undergoes review prior to going live. We reserve the right to edit formatting, decline inappropriate or deceptive submissions, or remove listings that become broken or fraudulent.
2. Listing Fees & Checkout
- Submitting a program to Affilio requires a one-time listing fee displayed clearly prior to checkout.
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Because every submission enters our review workflow upon checkout, listing fees are final and non-refundable once a submission has been reviewed, unless we reject your listing outright.
3. Brand Assets & Content Rights
You retain full ownership of your company name, trademarks, logos, and descriptions. By submitting a program to Affilio, you grant us permission to publicly display, format, and index those materials on affilio.space and related promotional channels.
4. No Guarantees & Third-Party Links
Affilio is an informational directory connecting affiliates with companies. We do not operate the third-party affiliate programs listed on our site and are not responsible for external websites, payout disputes, tracking cookies, or specific revenue outcomes. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
5. Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Affilio and its team shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, lost-profit, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the directory or reliance on any listed program.
6. Revisions to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements. Continuing to use Affilio after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
